carrots

semolina

flour
1 tbsp. spoon
greens, salt, pepper
to taste
Step 1/5
Thoroughly mash fish without liquid with a fork.
Step 2/5
Peel vegetables, chop carrots on a fine grater, onions on a large grater.
Step 3/5
Add fish and other ingredients to vegetables, mix and shape cutlets.
Step 4/5
Fry in a pan under the lid, turning, until tender.
Step 5/5
Serve with fresh vegetables.
