Ingredients for 2 servings
round grain rice
100 g
carrots

onions
1 pc.
greens (parsley, dill, green onions)
small bundle
ground coriander
0.5 tsp
dried garlic
pinch
corn starch
1 tbsp. spoon
breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. spoons
sunflower oil
for frying

Pour rice with water in a ratio of 1: 2.5 and cook until tender. It should turn out quite wet and sticky.

Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots, fry with the spices. Grind the greens.

Mix warm boiled rice, herbs and vegetables, add starch, mix thoroughly.

Form dense cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry the rice patties in a frying pan on both sides until crusted.
