Recipe "Carrot cutlets"
Ingredients for 3 servings
carrots
300g
small apple
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
yolk
1 pc.
semolina or flour
3 tbsp. spoons with a slide
sour cream
1 tbsp. spoon
ghee
for frying
salt
to taste
Step 1/6
Peel the carrots and onions, cut out the core at the apple.
Step 2/6
Grate raw carrots, preferably on a fine grater, grind an apple and onions on a large one.
Step 3/6
Add semolina or flour, yolk, salt, sour cream. Leave for 15 minutes.
Step 4/6
Form cutlets.
Step 5/6
Fry over a minimum heat under the lid, turning several times.
Step 6/6
Serve the carrot patties with sour cream and herbs.
