cod fillet
300g
bread "Borodinsky"
100 g
onions
1 pc.
chicken egg
1 pc.
breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. spoons
salt
0.5 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
refined vegetable oil

Step 1/6
Thaw cod fillets in advance in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours or in 40 minutes in ice water right in the package. Rinse the fillets, remove the rest of the fins, if any, cut the fillets into large chunks.

Chop the onion and fry in a frying pan. Also, you can not fry it, but add it raw to the minced meat, this is a matter of taste.

Put fish, onion, egg and bread without a crust in a blender bowl, salt.
