Recipe "Trout on a pillow of vegetables with stracciatella cheese "
Ingredients per 1 serving
trout steak (salmon or other red fish)
1 pc.
carrot -
1 pc.
potatoes
1-2 pcs.
zucchini (optional)
0.5 pcs.
stracciatella cheese
2-3 tbsp. spoons
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon

Cut all vegetables into strips. Salt and drizzle them with olive oil, stir.

Transfer the vegetables to a foil boat and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180C.
Step 3/5
Salt and pepper the trout, you can sprinkle with dried basil. Put the steak on top of the vegetables and bake it all together for about 15 minutes.

Then remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven on the grill mode for another minutes. 5-10

Transfer the finished fish to a plate right in the foil boat and serve.
