Trout
2 steaks
Cream 10%
150 ml
Marsental Tournai cheese
25 g
Oregano
1 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper

Step 1/2
Dry the previously thawed trout, grate with salt and pepper.
Step 2/2
Place in a roasting tin, sprinkle over oregano and cover with cream, top with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 15 minutes. Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
