Ingredients for 3-4 servings

trout rainbow steak ohl.
450 g (1 pack)
spinach (fresh)
400 g
goat cheese
100 g
Feta cheese
100 g
lemon
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
garlic
2-3 wedges
salt, pepper
to taste

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry them for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until half cooked.

Add chopped spinach to the pan. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Add the juice of a quarter of a lemon, stir and remove from the heat. Cool down a little.

Add finely crumbled feta and goat's cheese to the spinach. Salt, pepper to taste and stir.

Remove the skin from the trout, remove the bones. Carefully fill the fish with spinach-cheese filling: put the filling on one half, "cover" the second.

Brush a baking tray with olive oil. Lightly salt and pepper the fish, drizzle it with the juice of a quarter of a lemon. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C until cooked through.

Serve stuffed trout with vegetables, grilled mushrooms and garlic and cream sauce.
