Ingredients for 2 servings
Trout

Walnuts
50 g
Garlic
2 cloves
Cilantro bundle
Hot chilli
Lemon juice
1-2 tbsp. spoons
Bay leaf
Pepper peas
Salt
Step 1/3
Defrost the fish (in advance in the refrigerator), rinse and dry the trout .
Step 2/3
Chop walnuts, cilantro, garlic, salt and chilli (a small piece) in a blender into small crumbs, add lemon juice and mix.
Step 3/3
Generously spread the resulting paste on all sides of the trout, put a little in the abdomen, put the fish in a baking dish on parchment, sprinkle whole peas of pepper on top, add 2-3 bay leaves and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
