Quick Fish Pie Recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings
fish red
400 g
puff pastry
250 g
onion red
1 pc.
garlic
2 tooth.
rosemary
to taste
thyme
to taste
spinach
50 g
eggs
2 pcs.
sun-dried tomatoes
to taste
vegetable oil for frying
2 tbsp. l.
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
zest of half a lemon

Step 1/8
Dice the onions, chop the garlic, chop the greens.
Step 2/8
Fry onions and garlic in a hot pan with oil.

Step 3/8
Add chopped greens and spinach, fry for 1 minute.
Step 4/8
Lay the parchment on a baking sheet, put the defrosted dough.

Step 5/8
Put pieces of fish on the dough. Wrap the corners of the dough to make a pie.
Step 6/8
Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7/8
Mix together the eggs and sun-dried tomatoes.

Step 8/8
Pour the resulting mixture between the pieces of fish and put to bake for another 10 minutes until ruddy.
