Ingredients for 6 servings
white cabbage
400 g
kefir
200 ml
chicken egg
6 pcs. (3 in dough and 3 in filling )
wheat flour
100 g
butter (for greasing the mold)
10 g
sugar
1 tsp
salt

Hard-boil 3 eggs, cool.
Step 2/7
Boil a pan of water. Chop cabbage.
Step 3/7
Blanch in boiling salted water until soft, it takes 5-10 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 4/7
Beat 3 eggs with sugar in a foam, pour kefir, add flour and salt, mix. You get a batter.

Peel and dice the eggs. Mix with cabbage, salt to taste.
Step 6/7
Grease a roasting tin, line a cabbage filling and cover with batter.
Step 7/7
Bake at 180C for about 30-40 minutes until tender.
