Recipe "Aspic fish pie"
Ingredients for 4 servings
For the test:
egg
1 pc.
butter
50 g
kefir
250 g
salt
0.5 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
flour
175g
soda
0.5 tsp
For the filling:
onions
1 pc.
trout
150 g
salt
to taste
sesame
pinch
Step 1/6
Combine the egg with butter at room temperature. Pour in the kefir, add the salt and sugar and stir.
Step 2/6
Add flour and soda, whisk everything well.
Step 3/6
Lightly fry the onions and cool. Cut the trout into pieces and salt.
Step 4/6
Pour half of the dough into a mold with a diameter of 16 cm, put onions and fish on top.
Step 5/6
Pour over the second half of the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 6/6
Bake in an oven preheated to 180C or aerogril for 25 minutes.
