Ingredients for 25 pieces of portions

egg

dark chocolate
200 g
flour

cocoa

soda

Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
Step 2/5
Beat butter at room temperature with sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and whisk again.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Mix in the butter and egg mixture, then add the loose ingredients.
Step 4/5
Transfer the resulting dough to a pastry bag and put the cookies 20-22 g on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 13 minutes at 170C.

Tip: If desired, ready-made chilled cookies can be poured with melted chocolate or salted caramel.
