Ingredients for 6-8 servings

1 cup (250 ml)
cocoa powder
4 tbsp. spoons
baking powder
1 tsp
butter

Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder and stir until combined.

In another bowl, break the eggs, salt a little and stir with a fork.

Put the sugar in the eggs and mix with a fork until smooth. If you like less sweet cookies, add not three quarters, but half a glass of sugar.

Melt the butter, cool a little and pour the flour and cocoa into the mixture.

Add the eggs with the sugar and salt and mix together with a whisk or spoon.

You should end up with a uniform, viscous dough that is a rich brown. Refrigerate it for 1 hour to make it easier to sculpt cookies.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Pour the icing sugar into a plate. From the dough, form a ball about the size of a walnut (about 3 cm in diameter), roll in powdered sugar and put on a baking sheet, slightly flattened on top with your palm.

Bake the biscuits in a preheated 180C oven for about 15 minutes, they should crack.
