Ingredients for 4 servings

200 g
ricotta
200 g
egg (yolk)
2 pcs.
rice flour
2 tbsp. spoons + a little for collapsing
sugar
ad libitum
coconut oil
for frying

Combine cottage cheese, ricotta, yolks and flour.
Step 2/5
You can leave the mass as it is, but it is better to punch it well with a blender, then it will turn out super warm.
Step 3/5
Form cheesecakes. This amount makes 8 pieces of about 50 g each.
Step 4/5
Fry on a small amount of coconut oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 5/5
Serve cheesecakes with sour cream and berries.
