Step 1/6
Peel and grate the carrots.

Break the egg into a bowl, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt, flour and semolina, mix.

Add the grated carrots, mix everything thoroughly again.

Melt the butter in the pan along with a drop of vegetable oil. Shape the cheesecakes with two spoons or wet hands.

Fry over medium heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
