The secret of these cheesecakes is that we do not add flour to the dough at all, but only roll them outside. This makes them very tender and lush.

Recipe "Lush curd cheesecakes"
Ingredients for 3 servings
curd 9%
360 g
chicken egg SD (yolk only)
1 pc.
wheat flour, v/s
4 tbsp. spoons
sugar
50 g
salt
pinch
vegetable oil
for frying
Step 1/8
Separate the yolk from the protein. We do not need protein (you can use it for an omelet or meringue).

Whisk the yolk with the sugar and salt.
Step 3/8
Add the cottage cheese and mix well.
Step 4/8
Pour the flour into a plate. Form balls from the curd mixture (it is convenient to do this with two spoons) and transfer to flour.

Gently roll the cheesecakes on all sides.

Fry in vegetable or melted butter in a hot pan on one side.

Then gently turn over, reduce the heat and cover.
