Recipe "Cheesecakes in crispy breading"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
cottage cheese
200 g
egg
1 pc.
flour
2 tbsp. spoons
sugar
ad libitum
unglazed cornflakes
50-100g
oil
for frying
Step 1/6
Combine cottage cheese with egg and sugar. Add the flour and mix well.
Step 2/6
Put the dough on a board dusted with flour, roll up the sausage. Cut it into identical pieces and roll the balls. They will stick to their hands - and so it should be, it will help to roll them well in breading.
Step 3/6
Grind the flakes in a mortar or blender.
Step 4/6
Roll the curd balls in flakes, slightly flatten and put on a heated frying pan with oil.
Step 5/6
Fry until cooked over medium heat - it can be determined by darkened breading.
Step 6/6
Put the cheesecakes on a napkin to remove excess oil. And serve at the table.
