Instead of baking, cheesecakes can be fried in a pan, but then you have to add vegetable oil. Ingredients for 2 servings
fat-free cottage cheese
180 g
egg white

rice flour

lemon

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add tetrapack whites or regular eggs and mix.
