Ingredients for 3-4 servings

pear

White feta cheese
200 g
spinach

orange
1 pc.
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
microgreens

salt

Step 1/5
Squeeze the juice from half an orange, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper, beat with a fork.

Cut the kohlrabi and pear into thin strips, drizzle with orange juice and mix.
Step 3/5
Put spinach in a salad bowl or portion plates, top with kohlrabi and pear straws.
Step 4/5
Arrange the feta cubes, pour the dressing over the salad and add the thin slices of orange .

Decorate the salad with microgreens.
