Everyone is used to stuffed peppers, but have you tried stuffing kohlrabi? Unexpectedly, but it turns out a very pleasant dish, tasting vaguely reminiscent of cabbage rolls. We made a lean version of kale with mushrooms, but also great with minced meat or chicken. Cheese can be removed, then the dish will become completely vegetarian.
