Ingredients for 4 servings
canned red beans
1 bank
salami sausage
100 g
rusk or wheat
1 pack
Altai cheese
100 g
fennel

mayonnaise
100 g
freshly ground black pepper

Cut the cheese into roughly 1x1cm cubes.
Step 2/6
Remove the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage into blocks about 0.5cm thick and about 4cm long.

Drain the beans. Finely chop the dill.

Combine beans, cheese and sausage in a bowl.

Add dill to them, season the salad with mayonnaise, pepper a little, salt if desired (remember that the sausage, cheese and mayonnaise are already salted, so try it first).

Before serving, add crackers (tastier with rye, but also good with wheat salad).
