Such a salad can be served both on the festive table and just for lunch, it is very tasty and satisfying. If you cut all the ingredients into cubes, it will be more convenient to mix it in a large salad bowl. We suggest cutting into strips and making a portion serve. If desired, beef can be replaced with turkey or chicken, but keep in mind that with beef the taste is still richer.

Ingredients for 4 servings
beef for second courses
0.5 pack (350g)
canned red beans
1 can (400g)
pickled cucumbers
8 pcs.
sweet pepper
2 pcs.
purple onion
1 pc.
salad parisienne mix
50 g
mayonnaise
5 tbsp. spoons
mustard
1 tsp
fresh parsley
2 sprigs
bay leaf
2 pcs.
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/6
Boil the meat until tender in salted water with the addition of bay leaf. It takes about 30 minutes.
Step 2/6
Peel the onions and cut into thin feathers, cucumbers and bell peppers - straws. Drain the beans.
Step 3/6
Cool the meat and cut into small pieces.
Step 4/6
Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard.
Step 5/6
Collect the salad in portions in plates or in a large salad bowl. Put vegetables, meat and beans on a pillow of lettuce leaves, season with mayonnaise and mustard mixture, salt if necessary.
