Recipe "Solyanka with tomatoes and sausage "
Ingredients for 4 servings
cabbage
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
carrots
2 pcs.
tomato
2 pcs.
sausage "Rustic" semi-smoked
to taste
bacon
100 g
refined oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt, pepper, spices
to taste
water

Step 1/6
Take a saucepan and pour a tablespoon of oil in it, put on the heat. Slice the onion, grate the carrots over and place in a saucepan. Slice half a packet of bacon and add to the vegetables.

Finely chop the cabbage, transfer it to a saucepan. Add salt, pepper, spices and 200ml water.

Slice the sausage. Preheat the pan, pour a little oil into it and put the sausage.

Slice the tomatoes and place in a saucepan.
Step 5/6
Add the toasted sausage to the vegetables, stir and leave covered for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6/6
Solyanka is ready. Put it on a plate and sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top.
