The combination of chicken and champignons is quite classic. Adding a fillet of smoked chicken legs to this salad will make the salad taste more interesting .

Ingredients for 4 servings
chicken leg boiled and smoked
2 pcs.
canned corn
150 g
mushrooms champignons
250 g
onions
1 pc.
vegetable oil for frying
2 tbsp. spoons
mayonnaise
100-150g or to taste
parsley
3 sprigs
salt
0.5 tsp or to taste
Step 1/8
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 2/8
Wipe the mushrooms with a wet wipe or rinse, but do not soak so that the mushrooms do not absorb water. If desired, they can be cleaned. Cut the mushrooms into plates.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put onions and mushrooms in it and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7-8 minutes until the onions are soft and the mushrooms are ruddy. Salt and mix. Cool down.

Remove the skin from the legs, separate the meat from the bones and cut into medium pieces.

Finely chop the parsley, drain the corn.

Put mushrooms with onions, chicken, parsley, corn in a bowl.

Season with mayonnaise and stir.

Chill before serving.
