This funchosa salad is pretty simple to make. You don't need tricky gas stations, you can do everything yourself. "Glass" noodles, vegetables, some Asian-style sauce - and you have a delicious and light salad on the table, which is suitable for everyday dinner and for the holiday .

Recipe "Lettuce with funchosa "
Ingredients for 4 servings
cellophane noodles
0.5 pack (2 reel)
Korean carrots
140 g (about half a can)
bell pepper
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
zucchini
1 pc.
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
Asian hot chili sauce
1 tsp
onion green
a pair of feathers + to decorate
sesame oil
1 tbsp. spoon
sesame
for filing
garlic
1-2 cloves

Pour boiling water over the funchosa for about 5 minutes until softened.
Step 2/7
Carefully remove from the water with tongs or drain excess liquid.
Step 3/7
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Wash and grate zucchini for carrots in Korean (straw) - you only need a part with green skin, the pulp is not needed for this recipe. Cut the onions into feathers. Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl, add half a can of Korean carrots along with the brine. Stir.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, chopped green onions. Stir.

Pour sesame oil into the funchosa, mix.

Add the funchosa to the vegetables, stir and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

If serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions.
