Recipe "Funchosa with shrimp"

Ingredients for 2 servings

cellophane noodles
100 g
northern shrimps peeled
200 g
carrots
1/2 pc.
cherry tomatoes
10 pcs.
onion red
1 pc.
green onion and cilantro
for decorating
garlic
1 clove
soy sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
sesame

Defrost the prawns by putting them in cold water right in the package for 30 minutes, or in the refrigerator beforehand for 3-4 hours. Rinse in cold water and dry.

Cut the onions into feathers, grate the carrots for Korean carrots. Chop garlic and green onions, cut cherry tomatoes in half.

In a pan, fry the onions, garlic and carrots until soft.

Add soy sauce, cherry tomatoes and shrimp, mix. Warm for half a minute and remove from the heat.

Soak the funchosa in boiling water for 5 minutes.
