Funchosa is the so-called glass noodles, which are made from legumes and starch. This dish is widespread in Asian countries. The noodles themselves do not have a pronounced taste, but they go well with other ingredients - meat, seafood, mushrooms, vegetables - and sauces. Ingredients for 2 servings

cellophane noodles
0.5 pack (2 reel)
champignons
250 g
teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
onions
0.5 pcs.
carrots
1 pc.
soy sauce
to taste
sesame oil
1 tbsp. spoon
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
green onion
pair of feathers + to decorate
cilantro
a few twigs + to garnish
garlic
1-2 cloves
sesame
for filing

Wash the carrots, peel and grate with a straw. Peel and cut the onions with feathers. Wipe the mushrooms with a napkin or rinse, then be sure to dry. Cut the mushrooms into plates.

Preheat a frying pan with two types of oils. Place the onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, mix. Add the carrots and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms, mix. Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan as well.

Finely chop the cilantro and spring onions. Add greens to mushrooms with vegetables, pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of teriyaki sauce, mix and cook over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour boiling water over the funchosa and leave for 3-5 minutes until softened.

Gently remove from the water with tongs or simply drain.

Arrange the funchosa on plates, top with mushrooms and vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and add a little more teriyaki when serving. Garnish with green onion feather and cilantro leaf.
