Ingredients for 3-4 servings
cellophane noodles
200 g
seafood (squid, shrimp, etc.)
400 g
soy sauce
to taste
sweet and sour sauce
to taste
sesame
0.5-1 tsp
vegetable mix

Step 1/4
Defrost the prawns, squid and other seafood, if needed, and peel. Cut the squid.

Fill the funchosa with 2 liters of boiling water for 8 minutes.
Step 3/4
At this time, stew the vegetables in the soy sauce for 5 minutes. Then add seafood, sweet and sour sauce to the vegetables and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step 4/4
Add the funchosa to the pan and mix everything together. Fry everything together for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
