Ingredients for 2 servings
cellophane noodles
200 g
chicken breast fillet steak
200 g
onions
1 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
sweet pepper
1 pc.
chili pepper
pair of rings (optional)
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
sesame oil
2-3 tbsp. spoons
sesame
pinch
cilantro
to taste
Step 1/8
Grind the garlic, cut the onion into feathers. Pour the sesame oil into the pan, add the onion and garlic.

Cut the red pepper into blocks.
Step 3/8
Chicken fillet - long thin pieces.

Put the chicken and peppers in a pan with the garlic onions.

Add soy sauce and sesame seeds, cook everything together for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Pour boiling water over the funchosa, leave for a couple of minutes until softened. Drain or remove the funchosa from the water with tongs.

Roughly chop the cilantro. Add the funchosa and cilantro to the chicken and vegetables in the pan, mix, warm everything together, add a couple of hot pepper rings if desired.

If adding chilli, serve the dish with a wedge of lime or drizzle it with juice to smooth out the spiciness.
