Recipe "Zucchini sticks"
Ingredients for 4-5 servings
squash
2 medium
garlic
2 cloves
sour cream
3 tbsp. l.
smoked paprika
pinch
breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. l.
salt
to taste
parmesan cheese
50 g
egg
1 pc.
For the sauce:
sour cream
150 g
garlic
1 clove
dill and parsley mix
½ up. (25 g)
ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste

Step 1/5
Cut the zucchini into long blocks, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 2/5
Mix sour cream, salt, paprika, garlic passed through the press and breadcrumbs. Add the egg.

Coat the resulting mixture with zucchini sticks.

Step 4/5
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment and sprinkle with the grated parmesan. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Serve the courgette sticks hot with a sauce of sour cream, herbs, garlic and spices.
