Shrimp Battered Recipe
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
wheat flour
100 g
egg
2 pcs.
water
150 ml
corn starch
50 g
salt
to taste
ground red pepper
to taste
turmeric
pinch
shrimps peeled with tail
½ up. (250 g)
vegetable oil for deep-frying
1 booth. (1 L)
srimayo sauce to serve

Step 1/6
Defrost the prawns in advance in the refrigerator or in half an hour in ice water right in the package.

Make the batter: In a bowl, combine the eggs, cold water, starch and flour. Stir until smooth and smooth without any lumps. Add spices to taste.

Dip the shrimp alternately in batter and gently lower them into the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown. It is better to cook in small portions so that the oil temperature remains high.
