Fish and chips recipe

Ingredients for 3-4 servings

cod
1 pack (600 g)
quick-frozen french fries
1 pack (1 kg)
beer "Belgian" non-alcoholic
1 booth. (500 ml )
corn starch
50 g
baking powder
10 g
salt
8 g
ground black pepper
to taste
ground paprika
3 g
dry parsley
1 tsp
garlic dry
pinch
fried onions
2 tsp
vegetable oil for frying
1 L

Defrost the cod and cut into small strips 3cm wide. Roll the fish in spices and salt, add fried onions and 100ml of beer. Leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

Then dry the cod with paper towels and roll in flour.

Make the batter by mixing together the remaining beer, starch, flour and baking powder.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry french fries in it until golden brown.
