Recipe "Stuffed pears in dough"

puff pastry
250 g
yolk

Step 1/7
Defrost the dough according to the instructions on the package.

Peel the pears, cut off the bottom and remove the core.
Step 3/7
Grind the nuts, add the honey and stir. Start with the resulting pear mixture.

Cut the dough into long strips and wrap them in pears.

Place the pears on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the pears with egg yolk.
