4 tbsp. l.
cocoa powder or carob
2 tbsp. l.
apple puree
2/3 cup
Jerusalem artichoke syrup
3 tbsp. l.
coconut oil
1 tbsp. l.
pears

If you do not have ready-made apple puree, then bake the apples until soft. Then just dress them up.

Grind the oatmeal in a blender, add cocoa powder, syrup, butter and apple puree to the bowl.

Pears peel and drizzle with lemon juice so they don't darken. Distribute the dough into shapes, stick a pear in the middle. At least 1 cm should remain to the edge of the form - the dessert will rise slightly when baking.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20-30 minutes, checking the pear for readiness. It should become soft. It is better to serve in a slightly cooled form with Greek yogurt, soft cottage cheese and, if desired, date syrup.
