Step 1/4
Put the cottage cheese, chopped butter, flour and egg in a bowl and chop with a knife until you get the dough, leave to stand for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Roll out, cut into squares.

In the center of each square, put a thinly sliced pear, slightly sprinkle with sugar and almond petals on top.
