walnut kernels
50 g
butter
30g + 10g to grease the mould
sugar
50 g
honey

Remove the butter from the fridge 15-20 minutes before cooking to soften. Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Chop walnuts with a knife or grind with a blender, you should get medium-sized pieces.

Wash and dry raisins. Put cottage cheese, 30 g of oil, raisins and walnuts in another bowl, mix. Add the egg mass to the curd mass and mix thoroughly until the components are combined.

Carefully cut off a third of each quince from the side where the stalk is located, and save these "caps." Use a knife to carefully remove the flesh without damaging the walls of the quince.

Start quince with prepared curd mass and cover with previously cut "caps."

Brush the baking dish with butter and place the quince in it. Cover with foil and bake in the oven preheated to 190C for about 30 minutes. Quince should turn caramel brown. If desired, pour honey over the finished quince to taste.
