Falafel recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings
chickpeas (boiled or canned)
200 g
onions
1 pc.
garlic
3-4 cloves
coriander
0.5 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
tahini sauce
3 tsp
turmeric
1 tsp
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
greens
to taste
lemon
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Step 1/6
Peel the onion and garlic.
Step 2/6
Put chickpeas, onion pieces, garlic, herbs, spices and salt in a blender bowl. Grind all the ingredients.

To the resulting mixture, add tahini sauce, some lemon juice and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.

Check it out. If you want to add some spices, you can add, focusing on your taste.

Form balls from the resulting minced meat. Place them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Brush the balls with olive oil.

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for about 25-35 minutes. Done!
