Hummus is a snack that is made with chickpeas, sesame paste tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and spices. You can buy it in the store or cook it at home using this recipe.

Recipe "Hummus classic"
Ingredients for 2 servings
canned natural chickpeas
1 bank
sesame tahini paste
2 tbsp. spoons
cumin
1 tsp
garlic
1 clove
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp. spoons
lemon
1/2 pc.
salt
1/2 tsp
water from boiling chickpeas
50-70 ml
Step 1/4
Place the chickpeas together with the liquid from the jar in a saucepan, add a little water to cover the chickpeas completely, and cook for 5 minutes. Then pour about half a glass of cooking liquid, drain the rest and rinse the chickpeas with cold water.
Step 2/4
Lightly rub a handful of chickpeas between the palms, so the scales will quickly separate. Peel all the chickpeas, removing the top flakes, you won't need them.
Step 3/4
In a blender, place chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic clove (remove inner sprout), lemon half juice, ground jeera and salt. Add approximately 50ml of the chickpea cooking water and blender to a loose paste consistency. If necessary, add more fluids.
Step 4/4
Serve chickpeas with tortillas, fresh vegetables or whatever you prefer.
