Ingredients for 4-8 servings
large beets
2 pcs.
green apple
2 pcs.
herring fillet in oil
1 pack (200 g)
curd cheese kremchiz
1 pack
spinach fresh
handful of leaves + a little more to decorate
rye bread

lemon juice

Step 1/6
Wrap the beets in a baking sleeve and cook in the oven until soft at 180 degrees. This can be done in advance and then store vegetables in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.

Cut apples and beets into thin circles, drizzle with lemon juice.

Finely chop the spinach and mix with the cream cheese.

From the bread, cut squares to the size of beetroot mugs and lightly toast in a dry pan.

Collect the turrets in sequence: bread, herring, beets, cream cheese, apple, beets, cream cheese. Decorate the finished snack with spinach leaves.
