Quite a classic herring under a fur coat, in which mayonnaise is replaced by a more useful sauce based on avocado, not oil. Just try it!

Ingredients for 4 servings

herring fillet-pieces with onions in oil

Healthy avocado mayonnaise:
chicken eggs
3 pcs.
sour cream
100 g
avocado (ripe)
1 pc.
soy sauce
1 tsp
mustard
1/2 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
salt, pepper
to taste

Boil all the vegetables, cool, peel and chop on a coarse grater.
Step 2/6
Boil the eggs, lay 2 yolks, grate the rest.
Step 3/6
Shake off the herring fillets from excess oil.

Prepare the "mayonnaise": beat the yolks in a blender along with mustard, lemon juice and soy sauce. Peel the avocado, add to the blender and punch until smooth. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Store the sauce in the refrigerator.

Lay out through the gastronomic ring in layers on a plate: a layer of herring, a layer of potatoes, sauce, carrots, sauce, herring, sauce, beets, sauce, the last layer is a grated egg.
