Recipe "Herring over a fur coat "
Ingredients for 4 servings
herring lightly salted fillet
200 g
boiled beets
300g
chicken egg
3 pcs.
mayonnaise
100 g
cream cheese
100 g
onion red
½ pcs.
wine vinegar
2 tbsp. l.
onion green

Step 1/7
Cut the red onion into thin feathers, pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar with the addition of 1 teaspoon of sugar and leave at room temperature while cooking the herring.

Hard-boil the eggs, cool, peel and grate.
Step 3/7
Grate the boiled beets. Drain excess fluid.
Step 4/7
Add mayonnaise and cottage cheese to the beets, mix, salt to taste.

Finely chop the green onions, put on the bottom of portion forms or glasses, then add the grated egg and beet mixture.

Cut the herring into cubes, put on top of the beet layer along with the pickled onions.

Put the cups in the fridge for half an hour.
