In this recipe, we combined tomatoes, cheese and... apricots! But don't be alarmed, the bright sweet and sour taste of baked apricot complements the usual combination of tomatoes with salty feta and thin dough. It is better to choose the most ripe apricots, and if they turned out to be hard, then cut them smaller, in cubes, so that they have time to bake and turn almost into mashed potatoes .

Ingredients for 3-4 servings

White feta cheese
200 g
large tomatoes
3 pcs.
ripe apricots
5-6 pcs
Armenian pita bread
1 pack
mozzarella
100 g
oregano

Cut tomatoes into rounds, cubes of apricots or divide into halves, taking out the seeds, cubes of feta.

Put the first sheet of pita bread on the bottom of the tin, put circles of tomatoes on top, each with a cube of feta, sprinkle with oregano .
