Recipe "Pita pie"
Ingredients for 6 servings
Armenian lavash
2-3 sheets
Ground beef
300g
Russian cheese
200 g
Kefir
500 ml
Chicken egg
2 pcs.

Step 1/4
In kefir, break the eggs and stir well with a fork. Take a baking dish, pour a little kefir mixture on the bottom and put pita bread in it so that its edges hang out.
Step 2/4
Put the filling on pita bread - fried ground beef, then tear another sheet of pita bread into several parts and dip the pieces in an overlapping kefir-egg mixture on top of the meat.
Step 3/4
The second layer of filling: cheese and herbs, then cover the cake with the hanging part of pita bread, lay holes in pieces soaked in kefir. Pour the remaining kefir on top of the pie.
Step 4/4
Put in the oven at 180 C for half an hour - 40 minutes until browned. Leave the finished cake to stand for half an hour, all moisture will be absorbed, it will become dense and very tasty.
