Ingredients for 4-6 servings
minced chicken
400 g
cream 30%
190g (pack)
chicken egg
2 pcs.
squash
500 g
champignons
200 g
garlic
2 cloves
parmesan cheese
100 g
ground nutmeg
pinch
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
refined sunflower oil

Step 1/6
Cut champignons into slices, squash into slices, chop garlic.
Step 2/6
Fry the champignons in vegetable oil, add the minced chicken, garlic, nutmeg and salt, fry, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Step 3/6
Break the eggs into a bowl, beat with a fork along with cream .
Step 4/6
Put the courgettes in a baking dish, mince on top and courgette again.
Step 5/6
Alternate until you have filled the tin, top the courgettes with the cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Step 6/6
Place in an oven preheated to 190C and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
