Classic homemade casserole with minced meat and mashed potatoes. Be sure to add a pinch of cinnamon to the mince - you will be surprised how well it complements the taste of the dish.

Recipe "Potato casserole with minced meat"
Ingredients for 6 servings
minced beef and pork
400 g
potatoes
600 g
milk
100 ml
chicken egg
1 pc.
butter
100 g
onions
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
soy sauce
4 tbsp. spoons
ground cinnamon
pinch
sour cream
4 tbsp. spoons
classic tomato sauce
4 tbsp. spoons
parmesan cheese (or any hard)

salt
pinch
refined sunflower oil

Step 1/9
Peel the potatoes, boil until tender and drain.
Step 2/9
Preheat milk with butter and pour into hot potatoes, push with a hand pusher (no need to use a blender). Break the egg and salt, mix the puree thoroughly.

Peel the onions, cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden.

Add the minced meat and fry, stirring, for another 5 minutes.

Add crushed garlic, soy sauce, tomato sauce and cinnamon, mix and cook for another 5 minutes.

Put 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of puree and smear on the bottom.

Then put the minced meat, distribute according to the form, put the remaining mashed potatoes on top.

Mix sour cream with grated cheese, put on top of the puree and level.

Bake at 200C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
