If you're fed up with traditional hercules, try this recipe. The fashionable oatmeal casserole has already conquered millions of people - it tastes good for breakfast, tea, and like a hearty afternoon snack. This dish resembles chocolate fondant: break off a tender, muffin-like crumb with a spoon - and inside the casserole you will find molten chocolate and berries. We made oatmeal casserole without animal products. And there is no gluten in this dish.

Recipe "Oatmeal casserole for breakfast"
Ingredients for 2-4 servings
hercules oatmeal
200 g
banana
1 pc.
maple syrup
60 ml
almond milk
1 cup
coconut oil
3 tbsp. spoons
soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
vegetable oil
for lubricating molds
chocolate
100 g
blueberry
60 g
Step 1/5
Pour the oats into the bowl of a food processor or blender. Peel the banana, break into pieces and add to the oatmeal.

Pour in maple syrup, almond milk, add coconut oil at room temperature, soda, baking powder and salt. Grind everything together until smooth.

Butter the roasting tins (we used two). Put 50 g of chocolate and about 30 g of blueberries on the bottom of each.

Pour the oat mixture over the chocolate and berries.

Bake in the oven at 180C until ruddy, about 30 minutes. Serve the oatmeal casserole hot.
