Recipe "Apple crisp with oatmeal"
Ingredients for 6-8 servings
oatmeal
100 g
Simirenko apples (medium size)
3 pcs.
flour
100 g
butter
100 g
cinnamon
pinch
lemon juice
2 tsp
corn starch
1 tsp
sugar brown
80 g
ice cream
for filing
Step 1/6
Wash the apples, remove the cores, clean. Cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2/6
Place in a 20cm x 30cm roasting tin and stamp with your hands.
Step 3/6
Put oatmeal, flour, butter at room temperature in a bowl.
Step 4/6
Add the cinnamon, lemon juice, starch and sugar and stir until the components are combined with a spoon or hands.
Step 5/6
Put the oat mixture on top of the apples, tamp. Put the tin in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes at 160C until golden brown.
Step 6/6
Serve hot apple crisp with a ball of ice cream.
