An unusual and very festive combination of tastes: fresh fragrant strawberries and warm duck breast. This dish can be served on skewers as a snack. Or how hot it is on the plates: then cut the strawberries in half, mix with balsamic and basil leaves and put on a plate to a warm duck.

Ingredients for 7 servings
chilled duck fillet
1 pack
fresh strawberries
250 g
honey
1 tbsp. spoon
apple juice
100 ml
orange
1 pc.
balsamic sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
basil green
for filing
Step 1/8
Peel the duck from the veins, if any.
Step 2/8
Make incisions on the skin with a sharp knife, rub the breasts with salt.
Step 3/8
Place the duck breasts skin side down in a dry frying pan, fry over medium heat for about 7 minutes until golden brown. Then turn over and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 4/8
Pour apple juice into the pan, squeeze orange juice, add honey.
Step 5/8
Cover and extinguish everything together for 5 minutes. Remove the breasts from the pan, they should turn slightly pink inside.

Cut the fillets into large cubes.
Step 7/8
Put strawberries and duck breast on skewers.
Step 8/8
When serving, pour over the balsamic sauce and add the green basil leaves.
