Recipe "Sesame Oil Skewered Cabbage Steak"
Ingredients for 2 servings
white cabbage
500 g
sesame oil
2 tbsp. spoons
garlic
2 cloves
Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
cilantro
a few twigs
hot ground pepper

ginger

Step 1/3
Cut the cabbage into segments, keeping the bump, and blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes. Put in a colander so that the glass is extra liquid.
Step 2/3
Mix the sauce, finely chopped garlic, grated ginger, oil and pepper, coat the resulting mixture with cabbage. Put each slice of cabbage on a skewer.
Step 3/3
Bake the cabbage on a wire rack over the coals until browned.
