Ingredients for 6 servings
pork neck without bone

daikon
250 g
mushroom rings or oyster mushrooms

seedling mix

white onion

soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
lime
1 tsp juice
egg

sweet and sour sauce
3 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon

Step 1/7
Cut the meat into cubes, fry in vegetable oil right in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2/7
Peel the onions and cut into feathers, remove the middle from the garlic, cut into thin petals. Add the onion and garlic to the meat, fry for another minute, pour in the soy sauce and squeeze out 1 teaspoon of lime.

Peel and grate the daikon for the Korean carrots. Cut the mushrooms into plates.

Add the daikon and sweet and sour sauce to the pan, pour in about 2 liters of water, bring to a boil.

After 10 minutes of cooking, add mushrooms, after another 10 minutes - seedlings and turn off the heat.

Beat the egg with a fork and fry a thin omelette in a dry frying pan. Then roll the omelette into a roll and cut across, you get a long "noodle."

Serve the soup with some fresh sprouts, scrambled eggs and cilantro on a plate. Optionally, you can add soy sauce or lime to balance the taste.
